AYURVEDA EXPERENCE PACKAGE

Individual can experience the Ayurvedic external therapies like Abhayangam (massage), Kizhi (bundle massage) etc. and experience the improvement of their general health. For a comprehensive understanding of health, wellbeing program starts at 3 nights to 7 nights. It helps you implement various mind and body techniques– not just to reduce and manage stress but also to create sizeable positive change within you. This is a holistic program that includes consultations with the doctors, therapeutic massages and free reflexology experience.

PANCHAKARMA CHIKITSA (Bio purification/ Detoxification)

Now a day we end up with different varieties of ailments due to impure food, water, air & daily stress and strain. All these situations create a toxic body and mind. In ayurveda, Panchakrama chikilsa helps to expel out the toxicity of our internal system. There by detoxify and purify the body and mind, reduce stress, improve health, address common ailments and delay aging. Ayurvrda panchakarma chikilsa is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha based on panchakarma. The package process includes body massage, snehapanam, vamanam, nasyam, virechanam, sneha vasthi, kashaya vasthi, pizhichil, njavara kizhi, tharpanam (cleaning the eyes), sirovasthi, and steam bath. The package options are 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days. The duration per day would be 1 to 2 hours; each program is designed to restore body vitality. These programs include consultations with the doctors, purifying therapies, daily guided yoga and meditation sessions and a Dosha-specific diet.

WEIGHT REDUCTION ( Slimming)

According to Ayurveda, continuous indulgence of bad food habits along with sedentary life-style leads to excess accumulation of body fat which gets deposited in the numerous body channels. Special traditional approaches like Deep dry massage with herbal powders (Udwarthanam),massage with specific oils, Kizhi (Bundle massage), Steam bath, Yoga, Diet control are included in this. All these approaches cut down and mobilize the accumulated fat, correct the irregular metabolism and clear the body channels. Specially designed diet programs prevent its further accumulation.

Along with these, other appropriate Panchakarma therapies like snehapanam etc. are also advised by the physicians based on the requirements of the individuals

The duration of treatment per day is 2 hours.

Naturopathy treatments like fasting therapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, yoga therapy etc can be given with Ayurvedic packages or separately.

package is designed to experience Ayurveda for the guests who stay in our resort. The program includes Ayurvedic treatments like Swedana therapies, Full body massage, Back and neck massage, Head and shoulder massage, Face massage and doctor consultations, life style and diet modification which help you to unwind, heal and improve your overall well-being.Therapies last for half an hour to 2 hours according to guest’s convenience. Enjoy the Ayurveda experience designed to nurture and rebalance the body in times of change, pressure and stress. The end result is that you will feel relaxed and attain better sleep, revitalized and energized.

WHAT IS SMRITI MEDITATION ?

Smriti meditation is an effective psychotherapeutic counselling tool used in the management of various clinical conditions. It is guided interactive therapeutic meditation counselling technique. In this method the practitioner guides the patients to deep consciousness in an easier and effective way which reveals the etiological factors of their own illness. Once they recognize the etiological factors they will get partial solution to their emotional and physical problem which initiates the healing process.

In case of an ill person Smriti Meditation assists to overcome all the obstacles that prevent the path of recovery from the disease he is suffering from. After undergoing the Smriti Meditation sessions repeatedly, negative emotions settle down, mind become tranquil and the person transcends to more subtle layer of existence.

In Ayurvedic perspective, Intellectual error (Prajnaparadha) is identified as major cause of diseases.
